On May the 11th at 2:15 all the girls in the senior room in Kilvemnon played against the girls from Cloneen school. It was really sunny and a great day to play a match. We found out that the girls from Cloneen school were fairly strong. But we played our best and got a good score. In the end Cloneen school won but we were just about even. Today after 32 years of teaching, and 10 years as teaching Principal, Mrs. Teckie Brett retired from Scoil Mhuire Kilvemnon.
